Для обеспечения растущего спроса и увеличения площадей под ними требуется производить качественный посадочный материал. Основной способ производства саженцев культурных сортов цитрусовых – окулировка. При выполнении этого приема необходимо обеспечить надежную защиту места соединения компонентов. В имеющейся литературе информации по этому вопросу недостаточно. Исследование по теме «Изучение влияния способа защиты места окулировки на приживаемость и развитие привоя сладкого апельсина (Citrus sinensis L.) и лаймквата (Fortunella Japonica х Citrus Aurantiifolia)» было проведено в пригороде Джелалабад, Нангархар, Афганистан, на современном питомнике. В первом опыте (Citrus sinensis L.) в исследование были включены следующие варианты: 1. Обвязка окулировок полиэтиленовой пленко без закрывания почек привоя. 2. Обвязка окулировок полиэтиленовой пленкой с закрыванием почек привоя. 3. Обвязка окулировок полиэтиленовой пленкой без закрывания почек привоя + покраска обвязки белой краской. 4. Обвязка окулировок полиэтиленовой пленкой с закрыванием почек привоя + покраска обвязки белой краской. 5. Обвязка инновационной лентой Бадди с закрыванием почек привоя. 6. Обвязка клейкой лентой Бадди с закрыванием почек + покраска обвязки белой краской. Второй эксперимент включал в себя 3 варианта окулировки лаймквата (Citrus Aurantiifolia х Citrus Japonica): 1. Обвязка окулировок полиэтиленовой пленкой без закрывания почек привоя. 2. Обвязка окулировок полиэтиленовой пленкой с закрыванием почек привоя. 3. Обвязка инновационной лентой Бадди с закрыванием почек привоя.Результаты исследований показали, что обвязочные материалы, способ обвязки и применение покраски существенно повлияли на приживаемость окулировок, сроки распускания почек привоя, развитие побегов и листовой поверхности на привойном компоненте апельсина и лаймквата. В опыте с апельсином сладким наибольшая приживамость (прижилось 91,64% почек) была отмечена в варианте с обвязкой инновационной лентой Бадди с закрыванием почек привоя, а минимальная приживаемость почек привоя (77,52%) отмечена в варианте с обвязкой окулировок полиэтиленовой пленкой без закрывания почек привоя + покраска обвязки белой краской. Исследования показали, что материалы для обвязки и обвязки окулировок лаймквата значительно повлияли на время, необходимое для распускания почек привоя, количество листьев на побеге, длину побега и приживаемость почек привоя. Минимальное количество суток, прошедших с момента проведения окулировки до распускания почек привоя, было установлено в варианте с обвязкой инновационной лентой Бадди с закрыванием почек, в то время как максимальное количество суток, затраченных на распускание почек, отмечено в варианте с обвязкой окулировок полиэтиленовой пленкой с закрыванием почек. Максимальный результат в приживаемости почек привоя был отмечен в варианте с обвязкой инновационной лентой Бадди с их закрыванием, в то время как минимальным успех в распускании почек был в варианте с обвязкой окулировок полиэтиленовой пленкой с их закрыванием.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Citrus fruits are the world’s leading fruit crops. To meet the growing demand and increase the area under these crops, it is necessary to produce high quality planting material. The main method of producing seedlings of cultivated citrus varieties is budding. When using this technique, it is necessary to ensure reliable protection of the joint of the components. There is a lack of information on this issue in the literature. The present study was conducted in the suburb of Jalalabad, Nangarhar, Afghanistan, at a modern nursery. The first experiment (Citrus sinensis L.) included the following variants: 1. binding the scions with polyethylene tape without covering the buds; 2. binding the scions with polyethylene tape covering the buds; 3. binding the scions with polyethylene tape without covering the buds + painting the binding with white paint; 4. binding the scions with polyethylene tape covering the buds + painting the binding with white paint; 5. binding the scions with the innovative adhesive tape “Buddy Tape” covering the buds; 6. binding the scions with the innovative adhesive tape “Buddy Tape” without covering the buds + painting the binding with white paint. The second experiment involved three options for limequat (Citrus Aurantiifolia x Citrus Japonica): 1. binding the scions with polyethylene tape without covering the buds; 2. binding the scions with polyethylene tape covering the buds; 3. binding the scions with the innovative adhesive tape “Buddy Tape” covering the buds.The study results showed that the binding materials, the method of binding and the use of painting had a significant impact on the survival of scions, the budding time of the scions, the development of shoots and leaf surface on the scion component. In the experiment with sweet orange, the maximum survival rate (91.64%) was observed when binding the scions with the innovative adhesive tape “Buddy Tape” covering the buds, and the minimum rate (77.52%) was noted when binding the scions with polyethylene tape without covering the buds + painting the binding with white paint. The studies showed that the binding materials of the limequat scions had a significant effect on the budding time, the number of leaves on the shoot, the length of the shoot and the survival rate of the scion buds. The minimum budding time was found when binding the scions with the innovative adhesive tape “Buddy Tape” covering the buds, while the maximum budding time was noted when binding the scions with polyethylene tape covering the buds.
