Одновременно было продемонстрировано, что его использование может негативно отражаться на качестве замороженной спермы. Целью исследования являлась сравнительная оценка основных качественных параметров спермиев баранов, замороженных с использованием разбавителя на основе TRIS с желтком куриного яйца и двух безжелточных разбавителей (OvixCell® и AndroMed®). Показана лучшая сохранность кинематических характеристик спермиев, криоконсер-вированных в разбавителе TRIS c нативным желтком куриного яйца, подтверждающая его более высокие криопротекторные характеристики по сравнению с коммерческими безжелтковыми экстендерами. Достоверно более высокая общая и прогрессивная подвижность спермиев наблюдалась в среде на основе TRIS с яичным желтком (P &lt;0,05). Это преимущество сохранилось после 4-часовой инкубации, а к концу культивирования (через 6 ч) усилилось (P &lt;0,01). Таким образом, сперма барана, замороженная в среде с яичным желтком, сохраняла лучшую подвижность и обеспечивала сохранность акросомальной мембраны, чем в безжелточных экстендерах, что позволяет прогнозировать ее более высокую биологическую полноценность. Оценка некоторых показателей спермы с помощью системы CASA показала, что сразу после размораживания соломинок достоверные различия по подвижности между тремя экстендерами не установлены. При оценке спустя 2 ч после оттаивания для разбавителя, содержащего яичный желток, были установлены более высокие результаты по некоторым исследуемым признакам по сравнению с фосфолипидными разбавителями.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Numerous studies have proved the necessity of egg yolk in synthetic media to dilute semen before its cryopreservation. However, at the same time, it has been demonstrated that its use can adversely affect the quality of frozen-thawed sperm. The present study compares the main quality parameters of ram sperm frozen using TRIS-based diluent with egg yolk and two egg yolk-free diluents (OvixCell® and AndroMed®). A slower deterioration in the kinematic performance of sperm cryopreserved in TRIS diluent with native egg yolk confirmed higher cryoprotective performance compared to commercial extenders containing no egg yolk. Significantly higher total and progressive motility was observed in TRIS-based medium with egg yolk (P&lt;0.05). This advantage was maintained after four hours of incubation and became more significant at the end of cultivation (after six hours) (P&lt;0.01). Thus, ram sperm frozen in egg yolk medium retained better motility than in egg yolk-free extenders, which allows predicting its higher bioavailability. Assessment of some semen parameters using CASA showed that there were no significant differences in motility between the three extenders immediately after thawing the straws.
